Manufacturing Facilities

Manufacturing Facility in Xuzhou

This facility is located in an industrial park in Xuzhou, Jiangsu Province and covers over 12,000 m². It has separate areas for shot blasting, CNC machining, material cutting and preparation, welding, and painting/coating, so core fabrication and finishing can be handled in-house.

Assembly Workshop
Assembly Workshop

This is where dewatering equipment, cone-valve pumps, mixers, and the main units of related dewatering systems are put together. Our team of technicians handles assembly, basic commissioning checks, and final inspection before shipment. The assembly area is arranged by workflow, so each step has the right tools and support equipment nearby. The quality of each of our solid and liquid separation equipment is checked at several points during assembly, and final inspection is completed before the equipment leaves the facility. We follow safety rules on the shop floor, and lean practices help keep the process clean, steady, and efficient.

Cutting & Welding Workshop
Cutting & Welding Workshop

In this area, there are separate zones for cutting and welding, supported by CNC cutting equipment and welding robots to keep accuracy high and production steady. Before the cutting process, our team checks the incoming material carefully. After cutting, the key dimensions are measured again to make sure the parts match the drawings. Only then we proceed to welding or the next step. Safety procedures and standard work methods are used on the shop floor to keep production steady and reduce risks. Digital nesting is also applied during cutting to use material more efficiently and cut down on scrap. Since this is the first step in fabrication, good accuracy here helps the next processes run faster and keeps product quality consistent.

CNC Machining Workshop
CNC Machining Workshop

The CNC machining area produces precision parts using programmed equipment for stable, repeatable results. Multi-axis machining centers, CNC lathes, and milling machines support automated processing for different part designs. The CNC machining process follows ISO 9001 quality requirements to ensure inspections happen during production, not only at the end. Our machining workshop handles milling, turning, and drilling, including more complex parts when needed, and can support jobs from customer drawings through to finished components ready for delivery.

The machining area supports core production work and includes equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and drilling machines. This workshop covers common machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, and grinding to produce precision parts. CAD drawings guide the machining process from raw material through to finished components. Each machining process follows ISO 9001 requirements, which means parts get checked during machining.

Coating Workshop

The painting and coating area handles surface preparation and finishing work. Depending on the part, this may include primer, a topcoat, and a clear coat. Before painting starts, the surface goes through pre-treatment to remove oil, rust, and other residues. Air spray painting is then used to apply an even, consistent finish. Environmental treatment systems help control VOC emissions, while a more automated workflow supports stable quality and efficiency. The final coating improves appearance and provides longer-lasting protection for the parts.

Manufacturing Facility in Anhui

We also operate a second manufacturing facility in Anhui, which covers over 20000 m² and sits inside a provincial-level development zone. An RMB 80 million investment supports dedicated areas for core processes such as shot blasting, cutting and material preparation, welding, and painting/coating.
