These single-cylinder high-pressure plunger pumps use hydraulic drive with a twin-screw feeder at the inlet to process large materials. The plunger head and cylinder have cutting tools to shear and break down oversized material for easier transport. The hopper’s front chamber wall has a composite cleaning device to remove material buildup on the plunger. A position sensor on the plunger rod adjusts the pump’s flow rate by monitoring the stroke length through an analog signal. The hydraulic system includes a pressure transmitter for pressure monitoring and overpressure protection. If discharge pressure exceeds the limit, an alarm is triggered, and the pump stops automatically.

Single cylinder high pressure plunger pumps are suitable for low-moisture materials, solid hazardous waste, and crushed semi-solid mixtures, especially when the material contains larger solid chunks.

  • High-alloy steel is used for the cutting ring and crown cutter. Tight tolerances and a rigid build give reliable shearing, and long-strip materials can also be cut down further to keep pumping steady.
  • The hydraulic oil cylinder is separated from the pump body, which helps prevent oil contamination and reduces the need for frequent maintenance.
  • Output can be fine-tuned with stepless adjustment during pumping. High discharge pressure supports long-distance conveying.
  • The open hydraulic system helps reduce pressure shocks, minimize pipeline losses, and keep oil temperature low, all while keeping the system simple and efficient to operate.
  • A hydraulic slide gate valve is installed at the outlet to isolate the pumping section and prevent backflow. Wear parts are made of highly wear-resistant materials to ensure a longer service life
